Terms of service

Please read and understand the following important information about our policies:

FINAL SALE:  All merchandise and services are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For IN-STORE PICKUP Orders:

  • Once your order is processed, You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
  • In-Store Pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by customer when placing order, during store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via Pickup Notification email or text. Most orders are ready within 24-hours, however, please allow for extra processing time on some items or large orders. Subject to availability. 

For DELIVERY Orders

  • Once your order is processed, You'll receive a call from our Team to schedule the next available delivery option that works for you.  We will also go over whether you need any assembly options (for an additional fee).
  • The basic-tier delivery service we provide is a local drop-off service only.   
  • The customer is responsible for any necessary assembly or set-up unless assembly services are paid for in full prior to delivery. 
  • If you are not home for your delivery during the timeframe specified, there will be an additional charge for redelivery. 
  • Please clear a wide path from your front door to the room where the furniture is to be placed. 
  • We do not move or haul-off existing furniture. 
  • Please do not request our delivery personnel to force furniture up stairs, through halls, or through doorways which are not large enough for the furniture. 
  • In any case where damage occurs to either the furniture or the dwelling, we will not be held liable.
